 Meet Jillian

Jillian Pace, M.S. - Pilates & Medical Exercise Specialist

The Method

Jillian uses the deceptively intelligent and incredibly efficient form of exercise known as Pilates, combined with TRX Suspension Training, Weight Lifting, BOSU Balance Training, Body Weight Training, & more. This low impact and safe exercise is great for all bodies, no matter one's fitness level, goal, injury, or medical condition.

The Machine

Jillian uses the amazing Pilates Reformer to relieve tight muscles, stress, muscular imbalances, bad posture, and sore and painful joints. This Pilates apparatus, or machine, helps you to restore your body, mind, and movement.

The reformer can also be used to sculpt, tone, strengthen, and challenge your body like never before. It allows you to move in a greater range of motion than mat exercises, and train injured muscles without the weight-bearing effects of gravity. Each Pilates Reformer exercise works multiple muscle groups at one time, and allows you to do fewer reps and gain greater results.
